St Josephs P6 Blitz Success!!!!

A fantastic day for our P6 mixed football team who went to the primary blitz at St Joseph's College, Coalisland. We got to the final of the sheild section of the tournament. A very entertaining battle in the final between St Patrick's Annaghmore and St Mary's PS Stewartstown saw a draw at the end of normal time.

Extra time saw the two teams go point for point, until Fionn Lappin came up with a winning score in the last second!

A huge thank you to St. Joseph's College Coalisland for hosting such a fantastic day of football for the P6 children. All schools were also provided with an excellent lunch and the St Josephs pupils were fantastic in looking after us all day. It was also great to see some former pupils helping to organise the blitz!
