We celebrated Saint Brigid's Day by listening to the story of Saint Brigid's Cloak and were told some important facts about her life. We didn't make crosses but we looked at rushes that Holly had brought to school and talked about them. We coloured in pictures of Saint Brigid, did a word search and solved problems to colour in her cloak. Anna's Grandad helped her make a cross which she brought to school to hang in the classroom.
