Primary 4/5 Spend a morning at Palace Stables, Armagh as part of Apple Week.

We had a magical morning with Orchard County PS following the journey of an apple and looking at the history of the apple at Palace Stables, Armagh.

Did you know that apples grew, were juiced and used for baking over 200 years a go at Palace Stables?

Did you know children worked for food and lodgings at that time also?

Did you know it was called 'The Edwardian Times?'

- wonder if Sean, our caretaker, would suit one of those wigs?? Ummmhhhh....
