Maths Week Madness!

13th-21st October was Maths Week Ireland 2018 and in our school we were taking part in Maths trails, investigations and challenges. Both p7 classes joined together to form teams in the Izak 9 tournament. The winning team for each task earned 2 points but points could also be gained for team work and anyone who could explain how to solve the problems in another way. The tasks were challenging but good fun... healthy competition between the teams proved to be entertaining too!
