How does your Garden Grow?

As part of our Shape and Space topic we investigated a task where we had to name regular 2D shapes and cut and fold them to find lines of symmetry. The next step was to finding paving tiles for the garden path. To find which shapes tessellated and which did not we had to experiment with the variety of 2D shapes we were given. It was an interesting assessment task which tested our knowledge of 2D shapes and their properties.
